User Responsibility

creatorstouchbarbershop provides tools for image processing. The platform bears no responsibility for how output images are used after download. Users accept full legal liability for any use of generated content that violates applicable law.

You agree not to use the platform to create non-consensual intimate imagery, to harass or harm any individual, or to distribute output in any manner that violates local, national, or international law.

Intellectual Property

All software, models, algorithms, and interface elements on creatorstouchbarbershop are the intellectual property of the platform. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or commercial image processing within the bounds of your subscription tier.

Limitation of Liability

creatorstouchbarbershop is provided on an as-is basis. The platform makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for any specific purpose. Maximum liability to any user is capped at the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

In no event shall creatorstouchbarbershop be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from reliance on any generated image output.

Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party infrastructure providers for cloud storage and processing. These providers operate under their own terms and are contractually required to meet the same data deletion standards applied by creatorstouchbarbershop.

Data Security

All uploaded files are encrypted using AES-256 in transit and at rest. Files are automatically deleted from creatorstouchbarbershop servers within 24 hours of upload. No staff member has manual access to user-uploaded images.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of any image you upload. You grant creatorstouchbarbershop a limited, temporary license to process that image solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output. This license expires upon file deletion.

Changes to Terms

creatorstouchbarbershop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
